Make money whilst lazing around in your Pyjamas.

How many times have you heard that statement, hundreds of times I bet?

So here’s my position, I run five blogs with another almost complete, seven websites and a discussion forum at present, I also have to deal with a few hundred emails everyday yet I don’t seem to get much time to laze around in my pyjamas!

I believe that I have reasonable time management skills and use my time wisely so what do you suggest I can do to free up some more time?

Should I outsource some of my work?

I could I suppose get someone to make some blog posts for me but where would you find willing individuals that could do this?

Management of the discussion forum takes time (especially dealing with spam issues ) and whilst I have some assistance already I need to keep my personal involvement here as thats what is expected by my members.

The websites need ongoing maintenance so perhaps there is an opportunity here to outsource.

OK fellow marketers how do you deal with your workload?
