A recent post on Willie's discussion board from a fellow called Tim, suggests he is offering a freeware program that will submit your articles to 300 article directories. Here is a link to his download site:

I love blogging for my business and have found what you say to be extremely true. I would recommend to anyone who is serious about moving into the next big thing in getting the word out about their online business to seriously consider starting a blog.

Yours in Success,

Hi Kevin,

I get a rough idea of the traffic by viewing my stats. Out of about 20,000 visitors per month, almost an even split of 60% of these folks, are either reading my forum or my blog.

Don't you think that step one and two are really dependent on your audience? Load time and annoying music will really only lose visitors if they are outside of what is expected by the user. Eg: A user may expect and tollerate longer load times for movie trailer/photographic/multimedia websites and may enjoy the annoying music if it is a techno/club site. I think these first two steps have to but stated with the target audience as a factor. Steps 3,4 and 5 are on the money regardless of target audience.

Hi Kevin,

Reason #11 — They give you a place to dump your thoughts and tidbits of information you discover. Perhaps a collection of various ideas and thoughts that don't warrant their own webpage... but still, things you'd like to share.
